Almost any fuse box I've worked on are bolted in place, to remove it you'll have to remove all wired connections first, depending on how much slack you have. Take copious notes and pics of what you are doing and tag wires so you can put it back together, and have a multimeter and wiring diagram on hand. You can open up a real snake pit if you don't know what you're doing.
