2001 lexus gs300

After battery was charged by AutoZone ,my son
put it in .It started but dash lights, radio,windows,
and no lights cut in.Won't even go in Drive or
Reverse

Check the junction box for the interior fuse circuitry. Open the hood, you will see the main distribution box which is most likely close to the battery, make sure all fuses are okay including the relays.
