What will be the reason why my car won’t turn over??

I have a 2004 es330 Lexus it’s was running
find but one I was driving and I tryed pick up
speed and it would let. Had it to my house
had multiple people look at it one man said I
need a valve job another said the same thing
then the last gave meeh aye jump but it just
didn’t to start up and he said my timing belt
might broken. Please help meeh

We aren't there to help, but it could be the timing belt, further testing would be required.
