how can I tell if my motor is locked up on my 03 lexus es300

Asked by Lamont Apr 20, 2020 at 12:35 AM about the 2003 Lexus ES 300 FWD

my Lexus ES300 was running fine shut it off tried to start it again nothing
happened, dash board lights came on but no crank replaced battery still nothing
what could be the problem?

My Lexus ES 300 wrong trim on but the lights comes on the dash
