Lexus alarm system

I have a 2002 ES300 when I first got it and I would
activate the locking mechanism for the car it used
to be when I unlocked it and when I locked it. But
now I'm not getting any beat it locks and it turns on
the alarm after a minute but it doesn't beep what
could be the issue how do I determine which
actuator is bad if that's the case. Thank you
