Question type: Maintenance & Repair

,  Check engine keeps coming on every 100 miles or so,. Sometimes i fill
up with premium gas and add fuel injector cleaner and the check engine
will go off for a tankful or 2 then come on again. Don't remember code but
1 thing the code defined was mass flow sensor, oxygen sensor and 1 bank
misfire (the 3 cylinders closer to firewall getting to much fuel) What could it
really be wrong?

I bought car 2 years ago, and I have not changed plugs, or spark plug wires or coils . car has about 120 k miles. The car runs good . sometimes will not crank on initial start up , have to try 2 or 3 turns of the key. I have changed the fuel filter.
