WHY WON'T MY 19996 LEXUS ES300 START AFTER LONG DRIVE?

WHEN COLD, CAR STARTS FINE BUT AFTER DRIVING FOR A LONG DISTANCE AND TURNING OFF IGNITION,  IT WON'T RESTART IMMEDIATELY; MUST WAIT ABOUT 15-30 MINUTES BEFORE IT RESTARTS

Check for a clogged cat converter, starter is getting to hot. That's why your having to wait till it cools down before it will restart.
