Why can't I unlock my driver door from the inside or outside on my 92 Lexus es300 ?

...electric lock....I'd look to an electrical fix...do you remember how and when this goody stopped behaving itself? I'd look at the fuses to see if the 'power locks' fuse is blown, if the passengers side still works would look to a relay...will investigate if the fuse don't do it~ keep us informed~
