1997 gmc Sierra 1500 5.7 350 vortec 4 wheel drive

I have a 1997 gmc Sierra 1500 5.7 350
vortec 4 wheel drive.  I have replaced the
1.spider injector 2.phlinom manifold
3.starter 4.altinator 5.spark plug wires 6. File
pump 7.battery 8. Battery cables. But it want
crank. It will turn over but want catch to
crank. I have to charge my battery
completely and get jumped off. But when
the truck is running it drives good. Does not
spit and spudder or back fire. It locks in 4 hi
and 4 low. Shifts corecct. And the battery
metter is between 14 and tbe 3 quarter
mark. While cranked. But when it is not
cranked it's between the quarter mark and
the 14. But when it is cranked it will stay
cranked all day till I turn it off. But when. I
turn it off it want crank back up I have to
repeat the prossess. Even if I unhook th3
battery cables over night. What would cause
this?
