What can still cause my car to over heat

I've changed the bleeder screw the terml my fan
works I've had my head gasket fixed and replaced
and car still over heating starts out fine and then
will go up and stay at the hash mark before its
really hot and now my car leaking oil and over
heating when i slow down or stop at light or sign
