Removal and replacement of radiator

Not sure what your question is, but it's pretty straight forward. A new radiator costs around $100 to 150, if you pay a shop to do the work it'll take about an hour shop time and you'll have to pay for a couple gallons of coolant. Since you have the coolant drained, I would also take the opportunity to replace the thermostat if it's been a while.
