The brake peddle pumps up hard when truck is not running. Bled brakes. As soon as I
start the truck the peddle slowly goes to the floor under foot pressure.

Bad Vacuum leak at the brake booster hose, bad brake booster or more likely a bad master cylinder. Is it low on fluid or has it been low on fluid?
