How many miles can a 2002 Chevy Silverado actually turn over?
I inherited my Dad's 2002 Chevy Silverado, back in 2008. Then it had 99,000 miles. Ive been driving it for nearly 10 years. Ive taken super good care of it, making sure the oil gets changed on time, getting it serviced when needed. Ive had to replace the waterpump once and the fuel pump once. But what really amazes me, is its turned over 345,900 miles and still runs !!like a gem! It loves the highway and can run up on the new guys and give a run for their money!! I love it....because everyone just stares at my ol' guy and im always getting a thumbs up!! It still gets great gas mileage, hvnt had much of a problem with the oil pressure either. I know that all engines eventually come to a stopping point, but does anyone know when they actually do just stop? Iam a firm believer in the Chevy Silverados. The engines are built tough!! My ol' guy is almost built like a tank--ive hit 2 deer, at 2 different times, on the front passenger side and 1 cow on the front driver
side. I went as far as running up onto a gas meter, and didn't damage nothing underneath!! He is built Chevrolet Tough. Iam a very proud owner of this 2002 Chevy Silverado!! Thanks Chevrolet, you build one hell of a truck!!
