Truck won't start

I have a 94 Ford Ranger replace the starter the
solenoid and ignition switch still nothing no lights
no nothing

I tried all the easy stuff the cables loose wires like that new starter solenoid ignition cable I don't know I have no power or nothing unless I jump the coil with a jumper wire
