Dodge neon

I took the engine out of my 2000 neon and put one from a 2003 the only
difference is where the crank sensor is why wont it run

One reason might be the PCM, which has to match the motor, and if you swapped PCMs then it has to be reflashed for the anti-theft system.

Yep he's right! Either Reflash pcm or take the old pcm which not sure if it would fit with wiring. Providing you have same plugs, sensors etc.
