Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am looking to replace my worn screwdriver set. To those in the know a high
quality driver is a joy to use but I am not sure what brand is best.  Any
suggestions from tool connoisseurs?

I have Stanley now and they are durable but not all that precise. I use Klein for electrical work but don't think they make a wide range of sizes for general work but they are better than Craftsman and Stanley.

Proto, Snap-On, Cornwell are all good but pricey But the old adage You Get What You Pay For still stands true

Yes, the name brands mentioned above bu Olds are always a good bet if you have the cash and your profession is a mechanic. But for the backyard mechanic maybe not so much. I've always used Craftsmen, but they are actually are now made and sold by Stanley. If I need any hand tools, I purchase Kobalt tools from Lowes. I like the quality over the Husky brand at Home Depot and they have a lifetime warranty, just like the craftsman.

I vote for Craftsman, Stanley, and Snap-on too. HTH. -Jim

Well I think I have settled on Wiha which is a German brand known for high quality but they are a bit cheaper than some other German brands but still have top ratings. Thanks guys.
