I just bought a transmission out of a 2000 Dodge
Ram 5.9 liter 360 and I won't be putting it in a 2002
Dodge Ram with the same motor. I was wondering
if all the harnesses and shift linkages would match
up?

That is really tough to answer, as Mopars are notorious for changing around harnesses with every year. Do an eyeball comparison, most linkages will work, check end of tv cable theres usually enough room to make adjustments.
