2010 Sebring touring 2.4l changed ecu
because old one blew out. Bought new
one,  car doesn't down shift the way it
used to. Doesn't go to 6k rpm at w.o.t.
severe lack of hp. No passing ability
like it used to have. No codes either.
No burning smell from fluid. Took it to
dealer they said all is normal that its in
a learn mode. Been 8 months. Still

I was going to ask you if the dealer reflashed the new computer to match your vehicles VIN and calabration, but it looks like you already took it to a dealer, but they don't want anything to do with it. Is there another Chrysler or Dodge dealer around your area? It may have been reflashed incorrectly or not completely. A new computer should have relearned the vehicle base line me and how you drive within the first 20 to 30 minutes of driving. So something is messed up.
