I've recently had my heads replaced & now
my car is making a rattling sound & it reads
the oil level is low what should I do & how
much would it cost

It would need to be looked at to see what the rattle is. Could be many things, and if it is in the engine you wouldn't want to cause any damage. The oil, check the oil level and add oil if it is low.
