Unfair "deal" ratings

Asked by GuruP87H3 Jan 24, 2020 at 09:42 PM

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Why don't you factor in the no value added dealer prep charges and
electronic filing fees when you assign "great deal" "good deal" etc? One of
your sellers is charging an $800 dealer fee and additional $200 electronic
filing fee, which essentially adds $1000 to the cost and no real value to the
buyer. That's not fair to the sellers who have no add on fees for their vehicles
and get a lower "deal" rating
