We are selling our 2013 Fifth Wheel. We owe about half the sales price on it. US Bank will not release the title until all the money is paid and they advise that the title release will take 15 days. I suggested an escrow service. We are unable or do not know a reputable one. Can you make a suggestion for one that is safe?

Have the transaction done at the bank so they process the full payment. As this is a LARGE bank, it might still take 15 days for the buyer to receive title, but the bank is in control of this and the buyer will know it's actually being done. Alternatively, pay to lien, get a clean title and then sell it.
