Safest for you is to go see the car. If you intend to buy it, have a local mechanic review it. Than drive it home. Remote buying, that is buying sight-unseen, is a bad idea, but if you contact a mechanic there to review the car and pay a transport company to deliver it to you, this could work. But when the car arrives, don't complain about the color, how it feels, or anything else.
