Engine swap.

Question type: Car Customization

I have a 2009 F150 with a 5.4  3 valve with a 6 speed automatic  transmission.  
  I heard Ford was still making 5.4 3 valve for E series vans ? I'm hoping I could find one with low mileage and fit in my truck ? Would a late model say 2017 van engine interchange with mine ?

The 2019 Transit vans do not come with a V8. As far as I know the last year for the Triton 3V engine was 2014 in the Expedition.
