My air stop blowing through the driver an passage
side but blows through the vent by my windshield
what fuse number should i replace an where would
it be located

That is usually a vacuum issue and not an electrical one. So the fuses are probably good. Check the vacuum hose that enters the cabin along the firewall for cracks. Under the dash check that the hose line is connected to the vacuum canisters.
