I have a 92 Chevrolet Cheyenne 1500 fwd stock
can I put 315/75/16 on it my tires are 245/75/16

You would need wider wheels as those tires are nearly 3" wider. It is possible they could work with the proper offset wheels but you need to take measurements to see if there is enough clearance. You may need to go with a lower profile tire so that they are not too tall. An online tire calculator will help you select a tire that will work.
