Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I appreciate all of the help. But i need to
know why buick says 202º & 220º and  
neither one comes on the heels of until
234º?  I believe if the correct operation
would solve it. But i don't know.

Buick says my ecm is set for primary and secondary fan temp settings are 202º & 220º It don't feel like the bottom hose is that hot
