Asked by Dec 02, 2017 at 08:22 AM about the Dodge Ram 2500

Question type: General

When I start my truck (2018 Dodge Ram), there is
no issues with my stereo, Bluetooth or Uconnect.
If I take a call via Bluetooth, after the call is over,
the volume goes away. I can't hear the rradio,
Bluetooth devices, Sirius radio, nothing. I've tried
impairing the phone and repairing it, but it didn't
solve the problem. The only thing that gets it
working again is shutting the car off. Any input?

A 2018? Have the dealer help you out, as it's under warranty. In the meantime, check the volume on the Uconnect in the settings. I think the volume control is independent between the radio and the phone.
