No fuel in cylinders

Question type: Car Customization

I had a shop put in a 03' 4.3 vortex motor in a 93' s-
10. Well shop closed and didn't finish truck spent
1700 in parts and labor. Can't afford anymore $$$.
So I'm trying to finish it... I'm getting fuel to
pressure valve on fuel line. Getting fire to plugs.
But no start... Can pour gas in and crank an run...
  help please
