2015 Volvo V40 T3 Steering feeling funny/unsafe problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2015 Volvo V40 T3 R-Design car.

After the first routine maintenance at 15000 KM, I started to feel like the steering is
unsafe especially at corners at 110 KM/H speeds. Also the steering feels looser than
before at lower (30-40 KM/H) speeds.

I know that they have upgraded the car's software at the maintenance.

I've taken it to the certificated mechanic and they have inspected the car and they
couldn't find anything.

I've changed the tires from Michelin Primacy 3 to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 to eliminate
tires being the problem.

The certificated mechanic also performed wheel and steering wheel alignments,
however the problem is still there.

I've recently noticed that the problem goes away if I turn the car off and on again.

For example, I start the car for the first time and then drive a bit and feel like its
steering funny/unsafe and I stop the car and start it again and the problem goes
away until the next car stop and start.

What could be the problem?
