Overheats at idle runs cold while driving

I have a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee laredo 6cyl.new
radiator fan clutch relay and replaced tstat 2 times
in two months.This damn thing runs cold while
driving and over heats at idle.Heat works great and
coolant appears full I can find anyone with same
problem driving me nuts please help.
