remove inside door panel

How do you pull the inside driver door panel off?

There are some screws for the arm, possibly some others if you've electic windows. there are special tools for doing this but you could use a stiff ruler, but jam the ruler in between the metal part and 'pop' these so called 'christmas tree' fasteners that are stuck into the board, so work your way around slowly otherwise crisp the board in two- detatch any speaker wires or luxury/safety lights, there are sure to be disconectors you can pull at and use a needlenose pliers to help you separate....and voila- one dismounted mount.

I have a 2000 e350 ford that has the door for the front vents which aren't working and the rear vent blows hot air.
