blower motor stopped working

2002 e 150 only 79,000 miles.turned on the defrost yesterday and the blower is not working.was fine the day before.checked the fuses,all good.any clues?thanks for any help

if fuses are good fan motor has burned up.

my blower motor in the rear of a 2001 ford e150 does not work, We have tested the rear switch it has power butt the line going to the rear has no power we tested it what can i do
