Womp womp noise at low speeds

Asked by GuruP6SCS Jan 27, 2020 at 07:01 AM about the 2008 Chevrolet HHR

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The front end of my car just started making this
weird womp noise that is very noticeable at lower
speeds and gets faster the faster I go. It sounds like
something is grinding and is repetitive. I’ve looked
around and it seems like the likely suspects are cv
joints, wheel bearings, any other ideas? Going to
get it looked at want to have some ideas if it’s
something I can troubleshoot myself.
