The other day my friend switched my tires around
becuase my front left tire was tearing up so my
friend switched my tires. Whe. I was driving home
my car slowly dropped in speed and it has not
been wanting to start. My dad thinks is the
catayltic converter.

Maybe it is the catalytic converter but there is too little information to say. The tire issue is another thing. I suggest a front end alignment.
