check engine light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My engine in a 2003 ML320 failed to star up and after about 6 or so tries it did and now the check engine light stays on for a few days then goes out. a few more days of driving and the same problem presented itself again.  Any answers to why? Thank-you.

Check the engine codes. This will tell you what the problem is.
