lincoln ls no start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had to change the a/c expansion valve in my 2006 lincoln ls , meaning
pulling out the whole dash and instrument cluster I have put everything back
and now my car is in failsafe mode and will crank but not start I have even
changed the engine ECU , but it did not help , I put on a code scanner but
can not pkup any codes to detrmine anything ,my battery is fully charged and
cranks fine , also all the relays for the lights and headlights all are on , thank
you for your help !
