My sliding door on driver side falls off when I open it. Started out hard to open and close it is not off track

The door actually moves on rollers that are now defective. This happens to all mini-van sliding doors; not just yours. You need to have a mechanic diagnose what's wrong and fix it. This shouldn't be difficult or expensive.
