07 Silverado spins only fires with starting fluid put new fuel pump in still won't start

Air Intake Sensor....on the intake snorkel..has a wire that expands under normal/hot conditions and adds more fuel under cold conditions https://www.google.com/#q=07+silverado+air+intake+sensor
