is the make the offer/deal for every dealership on cargurus?

Asked by Mar 31, 2016 at 07:18 PM about the 2006 Pontiac Vibe

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I am confused.  I love the fact that you can put down your downpayment, credit, trade-in, etc. and they come up with a monthly payment, but there are so many dealerships and private owners on CarGurus.com, does this mean that the price you wind up with in that function of CarGurus meet the requirements of every seller or dealership on this site??  It is a little confusing, and I need to know before going out and running all over the place trying to find out which ones accept this price,, or not?  Thx.

The prices you see are asking prices, the actual price you pay is what you negotiate with the dealership or private party.
