Have a 2000 Plymouth grand voyager..,had smoke coming outta coolant system. I put coolant in today went to work n on drive home which is only 5 miles, more smoke...don't know what's going on. Please h

You are overheating. So you have a leak somewhere, and when the system gets low on coolant, it overheats and you have steam. So check the hoses, water pump, thermostat and other areas for leaks, Don't continue to overheat the van, as you might damage the head gaskets and warp the engine heads.
