Bought a brand new Tuscon in Sep 2018 (Go) Petrol
Air con has never worked since new - when I took it back for its 10,000 mile
service garage said could hear it but could not see it.
Took it back to the original dealer - first visit, can hear but cannot see
Took it back for a second visit - they said they need to remove bumper and
front lights, big job, to find fault
They are trying to say it is a stone and therefore "damage" so not covered
under warrenty !!
How can a stone get to the condenser if you have to remove parts of the car
to get to it !
Not happy - want to charge me £90 labour to find fault with a car they sold
me that doesn't have air con. Even though new car is sold advertising it has
air con !!
What do I do? To repair it they want to charge me around £800+
Stop talking to the dealer and talk to Hyundai corporate.
