Aftermarket deck in my Mazda but stock subwoofer would that stop it from

I have a Kenwood dnx570hd Deck with
stock speakers and the stock sub or
amplifier wanting to put a new amp in
it ran wire everything but still not
working what I have to run off of that
ground that's in the back

Ground should be attached to a metal part of the car. Usually the amp will have speaker wires to connect and the switch wire from the deck.

You will need to ground it as Tom mentioned, check the fuses as well.
