Update: Turning the flashers on twice, the turn signals began to work. I hope this information will help another.

What's the "flasher" sorry my Lexus turn signals just stopped working like you said also but I just don't know what the 'flashers"

Above the stereo below the air vents the "emergency lights" are just both blinkers blinking at the same time aka "flashers"
