1995 Lexus sc300 wont start

I opened the pcm and there are leaking capacitors 3 of them one also in front of the fuel injector drivers. Could this be my problem in not starting?

I am getting fire, fuel pressure, turns over fine, timing marks are correct, firing order is correct. Seems in not getting power..to my fuel injectors.
