Check for power and a trigger signal at the injector, if there is no power check for a wiring problem for just that injector, if no trigger signal at that injector then you need to go to the ECM and check for a trigger signal for that injector at the main connector, if you have a trigger signal there then there is a circuit break somewhere in the trigger wire, if no trigger signal at the main connector the you need to check for damage to the crank sensor and pulse ring, it only takes a slight misalignment to cause the computer to not read each cylinder, if the sensor and pulse ring are good then the only option is a bad injector driver inside the ECM and that means that it will need to be replaced with either a new or re-manufactured ECM.
