what timing belt kit should i buy

197000.miles  i hear some noise in the ffont of the engine behind the front
cover. I let a friend listen to it he says the timing belt has slack in it

I doubt you can hear any slack in the belt but at 197,000 miles you are way over due for a new belt. I personally would NOT buy ANY important engine parts on E-bay. I would either buy Lexus dealer parts or get them from a well known parts store such as NAPA, O'Reillys etc. If an important critical engine part fails and you bought it on E-Bay, you will be stuck with any and all costs related to the failure. Just saying.....
