Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced my battery to my car and fob and now
my hatchback/trunk will not open manually or by
power. Why?

perhaps an obstruction is preventing any movement, like a pack of gum or fun play ball, anyways prohibits any movement at all, that is my guess, it is not it?
