Hi. I have Kia spectra 1.5 cc 2001 model. Can I change its engine with 1.3 cc.
tell me the complications and best suggest??"

A 15 year old Kia, you might consider replacing the entire car, not just the engine. Besides going to a 1.3 is a bad idea due to the size difference, the car was underpowered to begin with and you want to put in a smaller engine.
