Partial board is another name for a sheet of wood that is produced by pressing pieces of wood shavings or sawdust together. It is typically used in the trunk as a spare cover, door panels and or part of the headliner of a vehicle. A 2014 Accent shouldn't have the headliner starting to come down already.
