I TRIED TO JUMP START MY CAR AND IT WOULDN'T START AND SO I DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY CABLES TO LET THE CAR COMPUTER REBOOT. AFTER RECONNECTING, NOW MY CAR IS TOTALLY DEAD INSIDE AND OUT.
Your not suppose to disconnect main power without hooking up a preset saver tool. Now you may have blown a main fuse in the power distribution box in the engine compartment so check those. If all is good there then your going to have to have it towed to the dealer and have the computer system checked and if needed re- flashed.
If it's the original battery, it's five years old and that's a battery's life expectancy today. Just replace the battery.
